Friends of Baglan Primary School/ Ffrindiau Ysgol Gynradd Baglan

We are a group of parents who have children in the Foundation Phase & Key Stage 2 classes. We organise and carry out various fundraising events to raise much needed funds for the school.
Our committee consists of the following:

Autumn 2025

We would like to express our sincere thanks to our outstanding PTA for their continued commitment and dedication to the school.

This term, they have organised a wide range of highly successful events, including the Halloween Disco and the community Pumpkin Hunt—with many local houses decorated for the children to enjoy, both of which were enjoyed by pupils, families, and staff alike.

They have also coordinated the creation of individual pupil Christmas cards through ‘my child’s art’ and have generously funded our end-of-term pantomime, Cinderella, as well as providing sweets and drinks for every child.

These activities not only raise valuable funds but also foster a strong sense of community and inclusion across the school. On behalf of all staff and pupils, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the PTA for the time, energy, and enthusiasm they give so willingly, and we warmly welcome new members to join their fantastic work.

We always need & welcome new members. Even if you are only able to help us on some occasions , every bit of help is greatly appreciated.
